A nickname obtained by the unfortunate shock collar he has around his neck. It is slightly broken and shocks him at random times, being the main cause of his twitching and vocal grunts/stutters.
Other kids and adults often avoid him because of said item, saying that he will lead you closer to death if given trust. Because of the avoidance, Collar is a very distant child and can be seen as cold, often replying in grunts and never speaking. Though he acts in such a way, he's always actively looking out for others, be it secretly or not. He usually puts others first before himself, especially in dangerous situations.

Extra Backstory;
Collar was captured by mysterious forms at a young age, and was supposedly trained for specific tasks. What those tasks could be is anyone's guess, but the shock collar around his neck keeps him disciplined if he were to ever get off track. It also helps to track his location if needed to be retrieved.
Since Collar is important, his body type is more on the chubby side rather than underweight, being quite strong and with great stamina to match.
