Whenever Ken breathes in something that's supposed to be harmful, the effects get reversed and heal him instead. As well, the healing effects can be shared with others if Ken breathes the reversed air back at the person.

Ken smokes constantly so his quirk is ready for use at any time, as well as using it to excuse his less-than-healthy lifestyle. Funnily enough, the reversed cigarette smoke Ken breathes out is pink and often appears in heart-shaped clouds, much to his own chagrin.
