Classic KayPony
Kayla grew up in Free Hoof with a sister, father, and mother. She moved to Baltimare with her sister and hung around the city doing odd jobs, freelance work, and helping her sister around the bar that her Sister worked at. Next door she had a crush on a unicorn named NightSky, only talking a few times she was head of hooves for him yet was too nervous to ever tell him. The bar she helped at had many live shows which Kayla was able to see free, one band was a foreign group of gryphons from the north. There was an altercation during the show that resulted in Kayla shoving a pony off the balcony, while the pony was unharmed it caught the attention of the lead singer. Backstage, Kayla met the band and talked about their travels and the country they are from. Beginning to feel envy, she wished to travel around like them. The lead singer, an orange gryphon named Adam, asked if she would join him under certain conditions. She had a night to think and she used that to pack and say goodbye to her sister. That next morning she took to the skies with a jacket, and a hat that has a holding spell for storage. She traveled through Equestria, meeting many ponies and developing a family relationship with Adam, calling him big brother. As she traveled, she met many bad individuals, many being gryphons in particular, developing her hate for the species, except for Adam. A location Adam brings her to is his hometown, Asgard, a gryphon based kingdom in the north. The gryphons here are aggressive and here she learns that ponies are a delicacy and eaten when available. She accepts these views and begins to help and allow Adam eat ponies in front of her, as a thanks the king of Asgard directs the two to a dragon in the east that will gift Kayla with an ax she now carries around. She uses this ax against ponies for Adam, and aggressive gryphons. As these changes happen, her attitude changes, she becomes aggressive, rude, and threatening. To add to her attitude, she began collecting gryphon bones and making herself a pair of fake teeth, curved to look menacing. Her travels continue as she jumps around cities and towns of Equestria.

Edgy AU
This AU is like classic aged up, read the backstory and it continues from there. As her aggression grows, her tendency to battle with gryphons grows. While fighting some gryphons without her brother she met her match, after losing trip of her ax in the battle she cried out for her brother and took a sharp talon to the eye. Her brother heard her cry and came to help, taking out the gryphons with ease. After a few silent seconds Kayla noticed she was unable to see out of her right eye, Adam rushed her to a gryphon witch doctor that was able to stop the bleeding. After recovering, her hate for gryphons grew enough to not want to see another in her life. Adam took her back to his hometown, Asgard, after an argument with the King she was told that Adam would not be protecting her anymore. Unable to go against the King, Adam takes Kayla to a small town and leaves back to Asgard. Feeling backstabbed, she vowed to never friend a gryphon again and fought every one that came in her way. She gained many scars from these fights, she lost her hat in a bet after being unable to defeat a gryphon, her mane grew out, hiding her blind eye, and her jacket and tail became ripped and torn. After one battle she nearly lost her back left leg, mutilating it to a tender point and making her develop a limp.

Kayla grew up in Free Hoof with a sister, father, and mother. She moved to Baltimare with her sister and commuted to Hayvard University for studying law. She graduated in the top 50% and her studies have left her tired and snarky. She attempted to rekindle an old relationship she had in her younger years, however that crashed badly. She now lives alone in Baltimare as a private Patent attorney to help small businesses and freelance artists. Kayla is mean, rude, rarely gives compliments, but has a chilled tone to her voice when relaxed. She is very professional in her field and stands by her beliefs.
