Known as Cousin Vinny to his friends, he's a pretty chill, and sociable person. He's the "connections guy", you want something "Cousin Vinny'l get it for ya". Is there to get his fellow mafia members out of a tight pinch. A friendly guy until you cross him or his fellow mafia. He's the guy who repeats your joke, but louder
