Notsu (proper model name NO.tsu) is a fighter robot working for Itsuwa's police department.
Most of the time he's serious and pragmatic, but he can become more relaxed around those close to him. He values justice above all else, and is willing to break some rules to make sure only those who deserve it get punished. He's brave, but also reckless, and often takes unnecessary risks if he thinks his method of dealing with something is more effective than a more careful and planned out one.Notsu is equipped a wide range of melee capabilities, as well as plasma guns in his hands for ranged attacks. He's capable of flight, thanks to the boosters in his back and feet.
His strongest suit in combat is finding weak spots of his enemies and figuring out their attack patterns and quirks.
