Appareance

Palatine is a young girl having black eyes and straight salmon pink hair. She has fake elf ears who can be removed and is small of height (159 cms ) . Palatine regularly wears a checkered red and white mobcap with a black elastic. She wears a pink dress, the top, separated in two parts like flower petals, and a short sleeve connected to the dress. She has a sample black belt, and the end of her dress is decorated of a checkered red and white rustles. She takes every day her stick, with a moon stone on the top and four spades on sides. She's always walking barefoot.

In the school, she will never goes without her mobcap and her stick. She wears the school uniform of the cooking division, so a black jacket with two big silvered buttons, a white with short sleeves, a green tie, the emblem of the cooking division sewn on the shirt, a checkered green and white skirt, blacks socks and brown moccasins.

Personnality

Palatine is a young girl and 15 years old, thinking and trusting to be a magical girl of shojo. She has so a cheerful nature, is stubborn and naive. She thinks to have culinary magical powers, who can give some tastes of her choice to her dishes. She always walks with her " stick of power " and her mobcap, pretending her stick attacks while her mobcap protects her of attacks of ennemies. She usually screams names of magical attacks, thinking it has an use. She can do magical girl gestures, like extend hands in the sky or take cute poses. If one of her classmates says she's not a magical girl, Palatine will flicking them or hitting them with her magical stick, telling the person is only jealous or mean.

Being a typical magical girl, Palatine has a crush on Kei Tachibana. She had a thunderbolt for him and spies him since this moment. She dreams to have a lenghty discussion with her " prince " , but for now, looks his culinary uses. She dreams to do a dish appetizingenough for attracting attention of Kei, and begin a discussion with her crush. Only thinking to be with him, she blushes, slimes, and stupidly laughs.
