Timbits is an institution of a small little park lake, having lived there his entire life and never wanting to move. This is a bit of a problem to the people who enjoy this park, and this ferocious little leech likes to steal and cause a lot of money in property damage. If he's fed well enough though he seems to calm down, so many have taken to feeding him to ensure his rampages are few and far between.
