Birefringe

Birefringe is a female IceWing noble from the 3rd Circle. She holds a higher ranking than any of her (deceased) family members, mostly because she is extremely charismatic and has quick wit that caught the attention of the IceWing queen. Her most proud feat was allowing her friend, Princess Taiga, to take credit of her idea for her animus gift. She also works as an event planner; her favorite events are elaborate parties where the guests all wear masks. During these parties, she secretly conspires with anti-Circle advocates.

Her only living relative is her 7-year-old niece Fracture.
