Alyssa is an incredibly kind hearted, loyal woman dedicated to the Empire. Before her dementia she was a highly intelligent and skilled spy, being very perceptive of others and with a very strong memory.She loved her family and valued the honor and integrity of her people. After her tragic accident and growing dementia, Alyssa is still a kind woman, even to strangers who visit her- like her own daughter. She still does truly love Lotharius with what little memory is left and is still perceptive, albeit naive.

Mother of Aniza and Victor, wife of Lotharius. Although their marriage was arranged they did truly love each other in a beautiful relationship. A former high class spy who was captured and tortured to near insanity. Her insanity drove her to fight on the side of Auche. She was spared the usual death penalty that comes when one fights with Auche, mostly because of her connection with Lotharius. The forceful action of ripping Auchemar's blessing has caused dementia. Regarded as a war hero in the Empire. Now is a patient, recovering from her greivious wounds both mental and physical from the war.
