Ghoul is the ghoul form of Alex. Their species is known as a Ghoul Cat. Ghoul Cats are spectral feline beings that fuse themselves with their living feline host, creating a “living form” and a “ghoul form”. A host that forms a strong bond with their Ghoul Cat can swap forms at will. These creatures are from the spirit world, attaching themselves to cats who wander in haunted locations. A Ghoul Cat will take over the physical form of its host on the full moon to feed on souls. They often take on certain features/markings to match their host. The host's blood becomes replaced with colored ectoplasm to match with the Ghoul Cat. The host may also sometimes take on markings to resemble the Ghoul Cat, depending on bond level. A Ghoul Cat’s ectoplasm can have many effects; such as being poisonous or melting objects on contact. They can float and pass through solid objects, and are unharmed by being chopped up or shot, as all parts will always come back together. The only way to dispel a Ghoul Cat is through a series of spells.
