~About~
Vincent is a young adult in his mid-twenties who moved to a beach town to live, given his special condition: Namely, that he is at all times absolutely freezing to his core. What has been causing this issue is still unknown to him, but he knows he has had it all his life and that it makes living a chore, especially during a winter, where he risks actually freezing to death.
Still, he does his best to keep going onwards, hence his move to an area where the weather is usually sunny and hot and even rather mild during the winter days.
He has a knack for literature and next to poems and short stories he writes as a hobby, he works as a journalist and likes to keep track of the happenings in and around his town, even if this sometimes means having to go outside in less than stellar weather conditions that could effect his health.
He's never seen wearing anything less than a jacket or a sweater.
He's a rather quiet, calm fellow, usually a bit unkempt in his looks and prefers to be alone for the most part, aside his Memory Keeper companion, Elara.
Vincent just tries his best to fit into the town and not cause more concern than necessary. His hobbies include reading, writing, mystery solving and riddles, drinking tea and spending time with Elara. That and sometimes riding unusually big cats, since there is such an odd stable in town and the owner doesn't seem to mind him much.
Elara was guided to him by gossip over a quiet human with some sort of problem. Wanting to finally be able to record some more exciting or at the very least, interesting memories, Elara took it upon herself to invite herself into his life.
While he wasn't truely anticipating having a "pet" it helped that she could talk and seemed to give him company in his otherwise rather lonely life.
Since Elara is capable of recording memories, she proved herself to be an incredible help with documenting news stories for Vincent. She also hopes to help figure out what exactly is wrong with him.
She highly enjoys the fact that everything in his house is warm, given her Mikros classification.
Unlike Vincent, Elara is easily agitated by people not being nice and will start ranting in a hot headed mess if given the chance. She really makes his life just that much more exciting, by choosing to pick fights more easily than him (even if most are merely verbal fights).
It's safe to say the two balance each other out just fine!
