Psilo

Psilo is an alchemist for the rain queen who specialises in hallucinagenics. He fights using his concoctions, dipping his claws in them and conditioning his venom to have hallucination effects by taking his own potions. Psilo is not known for his sanity but he is a valuable asset to the rain queen because of his unique skillset.
