Original lore:  Frail's torso and forelegs  are made of glass, with a dark liquid inside. Frail has had a hole  broken, where their heart is. Putting an amber gem has stopped further  leakage, and it's glow has traveled along the fractures, however now it would take only a hit to shatter them, so they shake will the nerve of  it. I went with a more confident look with the rest of their body, as I  like the thought of them being overconfident before their injury, and  now insecure at realizing how, well... frail, they really are.
