Sylvia

A sweet angelic creature that lives in the clouds, Sylvia can be very curious. She is the Princess of the Stars, as her mother (http://toyhou.se/643713.stella) is the Queen, and resides in the sky, where she watches the people down below.

Sylvia's eyes are a mixture of silver/blue/purple, and tend to change to one color when she wills it. She has a small star pin buried in the tufts of her long silver hair, which has a light dusting of green ombré at the bottom. On her arms are multiple gold bands, as well as one on her neck and thigh. Her blue dress has a rhombus-shaped slit near the belly button area and fades into a lavender on the bottom dotted with white. On her feet she wears gray winged boots sprinkled with stardust and decorated with gold bands and tiny stars.

She has a halo tilted to one side above her head and small iridescent wings sprouting from between her shoulder blades.
