Baxter lives a pampered life in an upscale penthouse. His owner is an author who works from home. Baxter is given multiple walks a day, is meticulously groomed, and often can be seen flaunting new haircuts, accessories, and dyed colors. His haircuts vary between breed standards, modifications of breed standards, and creative interpretations.

Baxter pays attention to detail and is able to read others easily. He is confident with a strong moral compass. It's due to these traits that he was offered a Judge position in the alley races. He is a stickler for rules and will disqualify racers for infractions without mercy. He has made enemies out of chronic cheaters but will not be intimidated by them. Baxter is gay and is looking for a love interest.
