Lobelia Abner works as a medic for the Sarham City guild and often goes out on field missions with teams like Teams Lavalamp and Backstreet. She is Chantal's niece and Isaiah's girlfriend of just over a year at the start of the story. She is mute and thus uses sign language to communicate.
