Introduction
Eboshi is...
- the queen, who pushed up through the layers between thoughts and worlds
- unbidden, without purpose
- ostensibly born as mortal as possible, but the demon inside would contend otherwise

A rather ordinary young person who achieved a subtle but fleeting global fame through EVOlution, a Japanese and Korean dance and vocal group formed in South Korea, now disbanded after a successful four-year run.
Having been fished out of a Busan orphanage and holding no memories of what came before, they grew up in the highly competitive and emotionally-draining world of web broadcasts that demonstrated the "clashing talent" of young individuals looking to gain a foothold in the entertainment industry. Eboshi, while excelling enough to latch onto a budding four-man group, was not particulary interested in the attention nor the often taxing (as well as painfully unfair) social landscape of their company's restrictions, and within a couple years they began to foster a distaste that bordered on loathing. They desired an outlet, and they realised their company's frequent 'authorizations' of vacations around the world (which had usually been crystal promotion material and television documentary series) opened up a new road for them to take in life.
Eboshi, along with their newfound partner and best-friend, Woojoo, took their official leave from EVOlution within their third year, and with the funds saved up from their combined work, they sought to travel the world together.
Though seemingly plain and mellow from initial once-over, Eboshi is in fact an inu daiyoukai that had been reincarnated after the demise of the demonic realm, Haven some millenia in the past. They are far from aware of any abnormalities of themself, even the rather blatant fact of their nails being solid black or the unusual colour of their eyes or even how all dogs (not matter their temperament) are naturally pulled to them. The only profound experience they have that leaves them perplexed is the dreams and images that befall them in their sleep and random moments of consciousness; sometimes discernable, but mostly imperceivable to the point they break out in a cold sweat. Eboshi, despite their doubts, somehow manages to convince themself they are simply not getting enough sleep.
The Dark of their dreams doesn't seem to think so.

biggest flaw- Capable of tearing you apart—but isn't quite aware of it. Adamantly refuses to inflict any sort of damage—be it emotional or physical—and actively advocates for anti-violent sentiments—is far more likely to be a bystander than to get directly involved in any confrontations despite a constant desire to see those confrontations resolved. Hopelessly buried beneath layers upon layers of repression.
- Puts too must trust in the universe and never wants to give up on the world; refuses to believe anyone or anything is inherently 'bad', which, believe it or not, puts them at a significant disadvantage in social relations— they are easy to sway and are eager to eat up any lies that come spouting their way if it's even remotely linked to their objectives. Hopeful beyond comprehension.
- Very 'heavy-lidded'; prone to lazing and indulging in self-care, but also has a higher energy drive that manifests in impulsive actions at any given moment. Rarely formulates plans and does thing on a whim.
- A gentle and affectionate soul with a motherly edge. Wants to be everybody's friend and a reliable shoulder to cry on. However, their high empathy leaves them prone to intense emotions, often leaving them situationally dumb, but, they can also take quite the emotional beating and still find reasons to look up and continue on.
- Freewheeling with high priority on a sense of adventure— favours their freedom and lack of supervision from external parties. Has a proclivity for nuturing disobedient habits.
- Extremely charitable to the point of being utterly selfless. Will wholeheartedly forget themself if it means aiding others, even strangers or those considered... unworthy of their generosity.
- Too brave for their own good — has fear, knows terror, but so excessively curageous they'll gladly put their life in place of others' or some cases, to make a point. Doesn't quite view death as an end.

Has a deep yet soft, androgynous voice, very 'dreamy' in the sense that they enuciate lightly and gently drawl their words.

Picked up photography as a hobby and hopes to one day become a professional photographer. Also, livestreams?? video games??? on the side???? Became relatively popular since many people picked up who they were, though Eboshi is adamant that they're not their stage persona anymore.

Has a not-quite hand "fetish", or rather just a blatant obsession for hands. They particulary like Woojoo's hands which are their "perfect" type: comically large with protruding veins and soft AF skin. They first thing they notice about people is their hands.

Markings are concealed by virtue of their degraded Illusion passive, however they can become visible and glow with heightened emotions and reactions.

They and Woojoo own a ruby-coloured pickup truck with a RV, their mobile home. Eboshi decorates the interior with all their polaroids and other souvenirs they've picked up on their travels.

Overall great cook, dancer and singer (a given). Eboshi loves making their own food versus getting takeout, though they'll happily oblige fast food stops.

Dogs and other canids are generally always attracted to them, in a friendly sort of sense, due to their dog demon blood. Eboshi also sheds hair more frequently than most humans, and their sense of smell and hearing is many times better too.

Does this "cutsey" pose with their hands behind their back and the big doe eyes when they want something — isn't a manipulation tactic, believe it or not.

Their life with their family was shortlived, because only a few years after their birth, Kuromori succumbed to her debt owed to Time, and her death catapulted the world into a violent time-break—a soft reset, in which Earth and time itself was upended and forcefully put back together. Eboshi and their older siblings did not die, though they were separated and cast upon the silver current heralding the 'Wild Ages', an unstable era of demons and spirits interspersed with humanity.
They lived, they died.
Their brother, harbouring the god-soul of their mother, unknowingly triggered another time-break.
They lived again, traumatically reborn with no memory prior of their former lives.

Athletic but slim frame: broad shouldered with a tapered waist but generally has a thin look to their body--often appears frail and/or skinny.

- Demonic form is white, tall and slender, with a petite head and neck; small, refined drop ears; a small but fluffy sash/mane; a slim yet lengthy tail and natural expansive antlers. Their eyes are more pink in this state and their markings tend to glow more vividly.

Aesthetic

Once, Woojoo had been a simple peer in their group—another young talent reaped from numerous auditions laid out by a greedy corporation—another person they would have been 'forced' to become friends, and eventually, family with. He was the biggest of the four of them, the strongest and (in Eboshi's humble unbiased opinion), quite the catch. Though they shared little in common, bit by bit, they grew accustomed to each other's constant presence as they were assigned dance partners for their choreography, and this opened up myriad emotional paths in the coming years.
Through countless hardships and trials, along with an abundance of patience, the two wrought an eventual deep-seated passion for one another, culminating in a romantic relationship unbeknownst to all but their bandmates. Their departure from the entertainment industry only further strengthened their bond, and it wasn't long before they became "unofficially" married, with Eboshi eagerly taking up Woojoo's surname.
Eboshi is also painfully aware of Woojoo's faults, though they are adamant in believing he is capable of change and have been witness to the (admittedly scarce) good deeds he's done. There is simply no other person that fills the space in their soul like he does, and they're more than willing to stick through with him until the end of time.
