Creme Puff

Creme is persistent about her name being pronounced correctly. Pronounced as Crème (krem) as opposed to Cream (kram).
Creme is a kind, sweet, caring pony who can be a bit naive from time to time. She's easily everyone's friend quite a social bat. She gives advice on difficult topics and lends favors quite often. Though she's surprisingly klutzy dropping napkins, pens, and her notepad. She's broken far too many dishes to count, but she has a hold of it when working. However the moment she steps outside off shift it boomerangs back at her. Slipping on things, tripping on invisible branches, and getting lost having little direction sense. Creme lives off to the east a long walk or short flight from the Cafe near the center of Fillydelphia. In a small townhouse with one roommate, who is always in the basement.

Though she puts on more of an act for anyone else she comes across aside from Macaroon. She wears a scarf to hide love bites, extremely flirty, likes to nip ears, and generally is a naughty. She learned a few of what she like through experimentation through high school, where she was sought out often but could never really stick with anyone. Due to something missing in the relationship and never figuring out what was missing. With these experiments and discovering the two moods, she began to study behavior and learned to read people and use that in her own gains.

She works long hours at a small Cafe in Fillydelphia. She's praised as a Waitress, with how well she does her job. She's offered Manager and co-owner positions often. With how well she works, how she knows the business, and her Boss is growing old and needs to find a new Owner soon. She refuses each offer feeling she's not ready for that level of responsibility she's barely out of high school. She Does he best to get by, she has several acquaintances but only a few close friends. Mainly being her roommate Downy Macaroon Pegasus whom owns a from-home macaroon business.

My take on Fillydelphia:

Fillydelphia is a harsh place, but not as cruel as Manehattan. She's learned the crowds to avoid, and the dragons and ponies there know to respect each other for the most part. There's still a lot of crime in the city, mostly robbers, dragon brawls, and a few murders. Rarely someone gets killed depending which side of town you go to, north-side or south-side of the main road. The populous tend to judge others too harshly. The Dragons living there are seen as shiny trinket robbers, brawlers, and heartless monsters. Ponies from the north-side are nothing more than delinquents, low income, and just bad news. The south-side like to hold their hold their noses high, look down on others, and strongly believe in social status. Similar to the unicorns in Canterlot, but much more crueler. The winters are long, cold, and icy.
