DESIGN TOS: Applies to all designs made by me (raikufu/raikukitti/raiku1412/all other past usernames)

• You do not own rights to the character design until you have completed your end of the transaction. This includes paying for the design or finishing your side of a trade when applicable. 
• Don't use my designs to scam, promote hate speech, or otherwise hurt others 
• You can change the design as much as you want (if it's not a closed species), but if changes are very drastic I may remove myself as the original character designer 
• For closed species redesigns, follow the species rules 
• You can turn any design of mine into a closed species character, if you need permission just screenshot my TOS/here 
• Don't resell the design for more than initial value if you didn't add any art. Resell OK if you drew art yourself or commissioned art (add value as you see fit, but don't add value of gift/free art from others)
• If the design was free/a gift, if you didn't add any art you can only gift the design (no resell or trade)
• I have the right to use my own artwork of your purchased designs as examples. I will not resell or redistribute them if I do not own the character myself.
• You may use the character designs for commercial purposes with credit, but not my art itself. For example: Making profitable comics and/or series off of, merchandise, games etc. is completely acceptable, just please inform me prior to doing this so I can keep track of it.
