Cytel

Cytel is an ancient Echidna from a tribe similar to the Knuckles clan, but far away geographically. She is the princess, a single child from a single mother who rules the people of this small village. They're tucked away in a cozy corner of the world, deep in the southern jungles.

Cytel is a young, confident girl. She thinks fairly high of herself, and believes herself to be smarter than many other young women in the tribe, being taught personally by her mother's aide. She may be snooty, but is still kind and confident, and great with kids because of this- despite being unable to have her own. Cytel holds a very small amount of control over light, and can warp it to her command. It's a very non-aggressive power.
