Meet Meepo,
They've always been kinda curious of what's up at the surface (they've made a few visits)
Also they are not a very fast swimmer at all due to their tail :'D
They were definitely teased about it since it made it difficult to play chase or catch food.
But! With their lure they're able to get some food
Curious, nervous, in need of some self esteem Meepo hopes to find some pals on the surface!

History
Since hatching, Meepo has been doing it tough.
Being born with such a short and fluffy tail in comparisson to most Tsurex made them ideal to be the subject of teasing and ridicule.
Unable to swim as fast or as well they were many times left out of games and toyed with, a specific time was when they got blown into a large bubble and ended up floating up towards the surface. They were quite terrified seeing creatures they've never could have imagined and being unable to escape as it went higher and higher and got brighter.
They broke the surface and was stuck for quite some time teary eyed and sobbing till an odd creature came along made reassuring noises and managed to pop the airy prison. Meepo couldn't be more greatful and scared in that moment as the creature stepped back and gave them space. In the moment Meepo caught the gaze of the stranger to remember them and when the moment broke they quickly swam back into the depths pondering and full of curiosity of the bright world above

Details
Meepo is full of nervous energy and Anxiety.
Due to being ridiculed as a pup for their tail and inability to swim fast, Meepo does have low self-esteemn and is insecure about their tail and own abilities.
With their Long ears Meepo has better hearing than some tsurex which have provided some warning before bullies would come along but they didn't help that much.
Meepo tends to keep their distance from other Tsus when they can
Tho Tsus often catch up easily if they want to so Meepo is often curling themself up in hope they look too pitiful to attack or harm,
If neither appears to happen and the Tsurex appears to be having a simple coversation, Meepo is simply greatful with an ounce of suspicious.
