Please read before buying an adopt or commissioning me!

[B]OTAS:

Once I receive proof of payment I’ll send you the unwatermarked art through email (highest quality) or if you’re uncomfortable with that just through PM on amino (amino pixilates art a bit). I can also send through Toyhouse and stash!

Please do not claim the design/the art I drew as your own work once bought and are using it. Give credit 👍🏻

-if offering art please have it done in 2 weeks or whatever time we agree upon

-don’t offer money you don’t have. I don’t do holds.

-change whatever you want about the design, but please credit me as the original creator of the original design or IP

-Please do not resell at a higher price unless it comes with additional art (Either your own art or commissioned art). I can’t stop you, but it’s very rude

-If traded, resold, or gifted let me know who the owner is so I can prevent theft

-The full commercial rights and intellectual property is being sold when purchasing an adopt from me. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE the commercial rights to the original artwork or any commissions unless agreed upon in a contract.

-Your rights after payment for the adoptable include the right to draw the character, post the character, commission art of the character, print the character, and include the character in any personal use or commercial projects. It’s your IP now. But I ask that you still do credit me as the original designer.

-In sold adopts I retain the commercial rights to the artwork itself but not the adopt design I drew. Meaning you have full rights to the design but can not reproduce my original drawn art for commercial use.

-TOS may be subject to change and changes can be discussed with me if it was something significant & not agreed upon with the TOS at the time of purchase.

[B] PTAS/FLATSALES:

All adopts are PayPal In $ USD or the equal value if paying with another currency. No coins unless specified.

-as long as you credit me for the original design and include the original if you sell it feel free to redesign as much as you’d like

[B] CUSTOMS:

-I have a right to deny any custom

-don’t rush me, making a good design takes time. It will be a process of back and forth as I constantly check in with you for approval for things. (So it might take a while. Depends on my availability as well, but I’ll be up front with you about how busy I am when I open customs)

-will not do realistic, Mecha, nsfw,

-will not do some birds, dragons, and reptiles

-slightly hesitant on ferals

-I will probably ask additional questions after you send the form

-I will send whip shots as I go through each phase for your approval (designing body, designing fur/skin patterns, clothes, colors etc)

-full payment is required up front, low res and watermarked progress images will be sent until the end of the process until the adopt is done so if you don’t like it I can easily refund you without worry

- If you don’t like your adopt at the end of the process, and don’t want it then I will give you a full refund and I have the right to sell it (this excludes redesigns of characters you own. Unless it’s a complete redesign and a totally new character)

[B] COMMISSIONS:

-Payment is due upfront or after first initial sketch

-No refunds after I continue from the sketch

-I will send wip shots if requested

-Commissions can take days, weeks, or months depending on how many other people commissioned me before you, my free time, and other factors. I’ll try to limit the wait as much as possible.

-If you requested wip shots at the beginning I’ll send them when I have progress

-Please credit me if showing my art anywhere

-I have a right to decline or cancel a commission at any time (Canceling only happens when I end up not having time)

-Watermarking my art to protect your characters design is fine, but don’t cover my signature or claim the art is yours

-Please do not steal, trace, or copy any of my work

-Please do NOT use my work for commercial use unless we agree on terms

[B]ART OF ANY KIND BY ME:

This includes the initial art of all adopts and any commissions, gift art, sketches, or any art by me.

-do not change the art in any way

-do not remove my signature

-do NOT use my art or designs for commercial use ever unless both parties agree on a contract/terms. Only partial rights are being bought and I retain the full commercial rights unless given away in contract.

-do not claim my art as yours

-always credit me if reposting on amino or anywhere else you might post

-do not trace my art

-do not make adopts based on my own concepts and ideas

-I always accept constructive criticism
