Heike is an extremely reserved and serious person who is very dedicated to their job as Alexander von Brandt's valet.
Unflinchingly loyal to Alexander, Heike is prepared to die defending him and will not hesitate to
follow any order he gives them. They often struggle to think for themself because of this intense devotion.

Their unchanging monotone voice, constant blank stare, and apparent inability to
express any emotion makes it difficult for others to believe that they are capable
of feeling anything at all, even though they insist they are.
