Cloudburst

Cloudburst is a male Pegasus Pony. He works as a weather pony and specializes in creating thunderstorms and lightning. Cloudburst is a showoff and boisterous, but he usually can backup all his trashtalking with his skill. He is a very confident flyer and very fast, rivaling the speed of Rainbow Dash (but has yet to perfect a Sonic Rainboom, his main goal). He has a hard time getting close to others, but has a few ponies he frequently hangs out with. Cloudburst's cutiemark is a lightning bolt breaking through a stormcloud with four raindrops. Hoof detail is optional, but preffered.

Design was originally a Earth pony, but I have re-designed him into a Pegasus.
