- Lots of energy, bounces around a lot
- No concept of personal space
- Can be shy, and easily embarressed when he doesn't understand what's going on, or feels like others are scolding him.
- Unaware he's a ghost, gets confused when he can't pick things up, etc.
- Will space out and just stare at nothing sometimes
- Even when otherwise standing perfectly still, will whip his tail around a lot, or vibrate to use up energy.

Design Notes
- his pupils are X's, so please do keep that detail
- Please draw him with his vest, not without
- He's pretty young, between an older teen and early 20s
- Feel free to play around with the shape of his tail, the amount of raggedness to it, and the floating flames.
- He's loosely based on an underwater plant so his hair is meant to resemble seaweed, however, I don't mind if its drawn more or less like normal hair.
