He grew up in a working class neighbourhood. Having never really known his parents, he was raised in a series of foster homes. He's lost several jobs due to a lack of motivation, he currently makes his money through graveyard shift stockroom shifts.

He collects enamel pins and sew on patches. his favourites are the ones given to him by his close friends.
