Age: 207 years, but usually he lies about it and saying 23.
Species: Actually, a slime monster who lives in hat.
Hat type: Homburg (100% Fur Felt (and some magic))
Gender: Male
Orientation: Bi, but bit more hetero.
Height in hat: From 15 cm (without tentacles) to 2 meters (max height with tentacles).
Weight in hat: A little bit heavier than hat.
Height without hat: ~75 cm.
Weight without hat: 9 kg.
Occupation: Farmer in past, detective in past (and failed at it). Now just helping peoples by sitting with them (like nurse or something like that).
Family: Dad, mother, older brother, younger brother, sister (missing).

Personality: A nice and (a bit) smart guy with some cockroaches in "head" who turns on party at the most unexpected time. Shy or very annoying when falls in love or any warm feelings. If he likes someone very much - cares like about own child despite age. Sometime, he can wreck totally and go psychopath mode, which isn't good, but happens rarely and in very desperate mind state.
Loves: Food (any), cooking, sweets, especially pudding, books, cats, plush stuff, cool hats and sometime stupid looking hats, video games.
Likes: Skeletons, any handwork (doing/getting/buying), bother people sometimes, birds, lizards, farm animals (chickens, chicks, cows more), kids, alcohol (because it's disabling his ability, but still can drink a few shots with someone).
Dislikes: Talking about his age (it's makes him sad), mystic stuffs, fortune tellers, loud and/or angry people, crabs, bugs.
Hates: Vandalism towards his hat (he could even kill), insults too but less, losing someone he love/like.

Abilities: Mind and emotion reading, changing moods (only being on head). Also can "boost" yourself/someone through mood change. Works on head and distance, but weaker. Talking by power of thought if on head. Also good at repairing any hats. Tentacles can be any "form" and be sharp. Can eat anything, even if it is dangerous. Does not feel nor suffer from heat or cold that much as "meat creatures". Also can take eye out and disconnect some slime from him, both things is working and can be manipulated or see through eye.
Abilities of hat: big spaceship. Enchanted for being big inside. It can be called his house too... light and cool moving house and storage?.. Also, the hat does not rot and cleaning easier than usual.
Weakness: Alcohol disabling his mental abilities. Sweet food makes him hyperactive physically or/and mentally unstable with his mood and mind. Though he doesn't suffers that much from fruits and berries. Also he has a little weak patience and easily can go crazy by forgetting all manners and his calm nature.
Habits/other: He can go scottish/british accent mode when he's angry. He's got that "habit" when was traveling with richard and seen quarrel/dispute/verbal fight between scottish and british old mans. Hat using that habit because he thinks that sounds dangerous when he need pressure.
Monster purrs when feel too good or petted. Even though, he can't feel contact to hat physically, but he feels it on emotional level. purrrr.
Mr. Hat have collection of various eyeballs which is large enough. There's almost every kind of eyeballs. Animals, fish, bird, sometimes human and aliens. Strange, but he does not remember how this collection started and where some of eyeballs came.
He can see with those "collection" eyes anyway, if he's in contact with them for a long time.

Little notes: He's not octopus. Don't draw him with octopus tentacles. He's just slime who can have form.

1. Mr. Hat was inspired by KKHTA (Koishi Komeiji Heart Throbbing Adventure) and Koishi Komeiji... somehow (due that fact now my oc on google images for kkhta somewhere OOF) but ability, kinda - Hata-no Kokoro

5. Don't try to eat him. He's poisonous because he eat poison berries and bugs.
6. He's good enough with knife-like weapons.
