a vault hunter who develops shields and turns them into weapons. got fired from several corporations for using their funds on his own illegal experiments (and using live subjects, who he claims were volunteers) and moved to pandora to test his weapons, and eventually started vault hunting.

he has two echo eyes (heavily modded for his needs, mainly to help tinkering with tech) and an experimental shield implant on his forehead that also works as a short range laser weapon.
