Bucky Pasitta

Childhood

Life was okay, until it wasn't, but that's what everyone's story is. He lost his parents when he was young- before he'd even become a teenager. After wandering the streets on his own, scrappy and misguided, Bucky found himself tucked beside a dumpster in an alley. He was trying to wait out the rain, until someone approached him. It wasn't a pleasant first meeting, but Bucky ended up coming inside with Angel that night.

He wasn't the first kid Angel took in, and he learned that fast. The other one, Vince, seemed to be... upset that he was hanging around. Of course, eventually they warmed up to each other- but in the beginning Bucky definitely felt like he wasn't wanted. He knew he was though, so he stuck around to learn from Angel and become stronger, able to take better care of himself. His false bravado lead to a few fights that he lost now again- but he always got back up and egged his opponent on for more.

This sort of behavior lead to his dad introducing him to Patch, another kid off the street taken in by different gang leader- she mopped the floor with him in a fight, but Bucky always popped back up, challenging her often and trying to prove himself to be at least her equal! Maybe even better than her! No- definitely better than her!

With Patch came her brother Cream, and her best friend Liza, and Bucky was quick to rope himself into their little group- and a little 'gang' of rowdy teens started to form pretty fast. Bucky did his best to pull Vince into it, which was tough at first, but his brother warmed up to the idea with time! Shortly afterwards, his dad started a relationship with a friend of the family, and Bucky got himself a sister, Paige!

During highschool, Bucky found love in the form of Queenie, a beautiful girl who carried herself like she was above everyone- and to Bucky? She was, but he was so ears-over-tails for her, and they started a fairly sweet relationship. It didn't last forever, eventually fizzling out when they settled into a more familial protector and protected relationship- with Queenie being the protector!

Adulthood

Freshly 18, Bucky was out a little late one night, trying to make it home through a storm, and ended up stumbling upon something out of a slasher movie. He was gonna just walk away, gonna pretend he didn't see anything- then he heard the cooing and crying of a baby. He bundled her up in his arms and brought her home. Angel gave him an earful about being out so late in the rain- until Bucky opened his jacket to reveal the sweet bunny he'd found. He didn't know if she was awake, so he told Angel that he'd spent hours looking for someone who was missing her- didn't want to say the truth within her range of hearing.

Despite being sort of her dad, Bucky quickly established his brotherly relationship with Cara, helping her with anything she needed while growing up. Sure, her current phase might be "Bucky's yucky!", but he would do anything for her regardless. He raised her the best he could, of course with Angel's help, and Angel being her actual new dad. He didn't mind not having that responsibility- he was only 18, after all.

A couple years later, he was at a bar with the rest of his family, and a pretty boy walked through the door. Bucky was interested immediately, and found himself walking over to chat. He made a fool of himself, and the pretty stranger slapped him- but everything worked out in the end. Alex is absolutely gorgeous, and Bucky follows him like a heartsick fool- because he is.
