Personality: Stern and quick to anger, but caring of his troops. He's a hardass and he got where he is largely because he's a brutal and persistent enemy to have, he will reprimand cowardice with a righteous fury, but he won't throw away Dominion lives recklessly, often gets his own hands dirty on matters of importance, and would readily sacrifice himself for the soldiers or charges under him.

Faction Opinion: Dylahex views the Exile faction with great disdain. He doesn't necessarily hate the races, but he despises what they represent and views them as a rogue element to be brought to heel, or crushed beneath the Dominion's. He takes no joy in targeting civilians but won't hesitate to if it serves a significant tactical purpose.
