She's a mostly blind and shy/anxious pup. She can still see enough to get around, but it's difficult. She likes to make people happy yet has a hard time talking to anyone in general. Despite all this all she's a rather well known pup for her kindness and optimism. She has a soft and calming voice and it's hard to ever really be angry at or around her.
