Broke Duskky

A duskky who used to be wealthy, until he suddenly wasn't. He enjoyed painting himself vibrant colors-- when he had the money. In fact, he used to be so rich, his insides were practically filled with cash and various coins. Now, the money inside are either somehow in the negative, or monopoly money. He sold off his leg for cash out of desperation, but ended up losing the money down a manhole.
