 He was abandoned as a mere puppy on the side of a road, thought to be odd because of his heterichromia that he has since become fond of. Has learned to be wary of others & is quite smart. He's agile & a very fast runner, skills that come in handy when chasing following suspects. He monitors the streets where he lives for crime due to his feelings about there not being enough law enforcement around for the sheer amount of crime that takes place. If he spots anything suspicious he anonymously submits it to the authorities, can't have anyone give him credit for his good-doings after all. Preferring to not speak to others he mentally makes a count of how many words he utters in a day, his lowest number as-of now is 3. If, by some oddity, he takes a liking to you it will be apparent immediately that he makes a good, loyal as can  be, forever friend.
