All of my designs and characters are eligible to be re-sold! I only ask that they remain on TH should they be uploaded. If the new owner does not have a TH, please transfer the profile to me with the new owners contact information so that I may put it in a private folder and still keep up with it. BLACK LISTED USER - Under no circumstance may ANY of my designs be purchased, traded, OR gifted to this person. I will take the character back without compensating you both & you will be listed below for future reference. BlueJazzBird/Efflorescence/Effloret/Petal/floralitte whatever new username she is under - Failed to properly credit for a character design & fought me on it. Long history of sales abuse. Failing to issue a proper refund, re-selling said character multiple times, as well as spreading a false narrative surrounding the issue.
