Bruttia, Witch of Blood&Bone

Personality
Bruttia is wild and brutal, and a lone-wolf typically. She loves pain and suffering, and is considered despicable by all. 

Abilities
Bruttia can manipulate the blood and bone of anything living, but nothing dead. If not manipulation, she can squeeze and stab a victim with their own bones.

Appearance
Bruttia is a small in stature but lean. She pulls her long black hair into braids, scrunched up on either side of her head. She wears earrings made of the fangs of some carnivorous creature, and a necklace made of human teeth and small bones. Her own canine teeth she grew and sharpened. Her olive skin is scarred, and in some parts tattooed, particularly her biceps and thighs.

Past
Fearing the brutality and destruction brought by Bruttia, Vespasia plunged Bruttia into an eternal slumber... or so she thought.
