Appearance
Champ Cheetah's extendable ARMS are covered in spotted fur, matching that of cheetahs. Curiously enough, her very skin is covered in matching cheetah-patterned fur, and she even has a tail that belongs to her namesake. Her teal eyes are a dull teal and display the spiral that is presented alongside the ARMS trait. She wears a neko helmet shaped like the head of a cheetah, a spiked leather collar and boots to match, and fur-lined leather gloves with a sleeveless jacket to match. Though she proudly displays what appear to be scars from a chest surgery, she seems to continue wearing sports bras that display her old logo. Despite her obvious cheetah associations, the dull red pants she wears are actually decorated with a leopard pattern on them.

Backstory
Before Kid Cobra rose to the top of the city streets as the Street Speed King, they were ruled under a different name, under the more vicious paws of the Alleyway Emperor, Champ Cheetah. Leading a group of sport-oriented vigilantes called the Felidae Family, she was known for always aiming for a better and brighter future for younger generations to live in, keeping away violence and watching over the youth of the city.

Of course, once the ARMS Ministry was separated into the two groups we recognize today- the ARMS League and ARMS Labs -the Felidae Family grew out of favor with the public and once the newly developed Clockwork Cops began hounding the organization they were forced to disband. Cheetah fell out of the spotlight and began to skulk in the city's shadows. Now, only rumors and a few knowledgeable fingers can point in her direction. But, by the time you catch up to her location, she’ll usually be long gone.

Abilities
While the most obvious of her capabilities is her speed, they are vastly augmented when charged. Her lithe form bulks up, providing her with super armor protection and the attributes of each of her ARMS is doubled. This means that when striking her opponents with Fire-attribute ARMS, the Fire damage will be doubled, the Electric attribute will disable an opponent's ARMS for double the time, the Explosion attribute will double the size of the explosions, and so on. She can't keep her charge for long, but it's very easy for her opponents to be overpowered whenever she takes advantage of it.
