A young(ish) man who works as a "hobbyist" detective. Despite his lack of investigation skills and proper experience, Julien will extend his hand to just about anyone in need of help. Julien is more of a "leap before you look" type of guy.
Despite his implusive nature, he has a good heart. Being the (no pun intended) nosy person he is, Julien will show up (usually uninvited) wherever the scene of the crime is, often getting himself and others into trouble... that or he ends up getting caught in the crossfire.
Most of the time he resolves the issue with some pretty dumb luck, just barely making it out alive somehow. He's a janitor by skill, but his true passion is detective work! Maybe he'll get there someday...

-Gets nervous easily and has a habit of accidentally breaking stuff.
-Has a pet bearded dragon named Paprika, he loves her very much.
-Favorite food are granny smith apples, spinach, and bread.
-He cannot drive cars due to his poor motor skills. Instead he drives around on a moped. He still has no idea how he got his license.
-Surprisingly, he has some pretty deep pockets and thus he carries a lot of stuff in them. How so much can fit in them? It's a mystery.
-Hobbies include reading, watching TV, counting ceiling tiles, cleaning, and organizing his white sock collection.

Relationships:
Nat- Best friends! And detective buddies! They have a sibling like relationship. Sometimes Nat can do things that gets on Julien's nerves, but deep down he finds it amusing. (Also don't tell her, but he actually enjoys the puns sometimes)
Turmeric- His number one rival... or that's what he assumes. In reality the rivarly is very one-sided and Turmeric could not care less. Julien secretly respects and admires his level-headedness, but of course he won't admit it out loud. They actually make a pretty good team. That is when they're not constantly bickering.
Fran- A great boss and close friend. Whenever he needs advice from somebody, she's his first choice. She can be a little pushy though. What is she? His mother?
