Nuan Walsh

Nuan is a small, fast-talking bomb of friendly energy. She's the kind of person who can get along with just about anyone, that is, anyone who isn't immediately offended by her straightforward and casual demeanor. Her mother spent years trying to teach her some traditional, Chinese manners, and she failed in almost all of those attempts. Nuan can act properly, but for the most part she doesn't want to. She values spontaneity and honesty much higher, and if someone doesn't accept that, so be it. She's a very stubborn person, following her own path, and the more you try to change her mind - the more she won't do what you want her to do.
Her piehole is a bottomless void - and that's a direct quote from her twin brother. She doesn't look like it, but she has no restraint whatsoever when it comes to food. She will overeat, feel sick, swear to god almighty she'll never do that again - rinse and repeat. That same piehole is also a sizzling nest of filth; in true Irish fashion, she swears... Well, like a fisherman. It runs in her blood, after all.
She is, however, a very intelligent person, who possesses both book and street smarts. She loves studying people and their cultures, habits, traditions and utilities. She enjoys researching the place she goes to beforehand - but she's equally happy just winging it, taking it as an exciting challenge rather than a stressful nuisance. She's a wizard when it comes to last-minute reservations, as well as finding hidden sightseeing gems.

Abilities:

1. Energy blocking [Entry level] - Nuan issues a strike to one of very specific pressure points in the opponent's body. If successful, this strike temporarily paralyzes the associated body part (15 to even 60 seconds, depending on pressure applied and accuracy). The attack can, of course, be dodged. It also can be rendered ineffective with thicker armour, or with strong mental defenses (assuming the opponent sees the attack coming).
2. Ice armour [Entry level] - Nuan can cover parts of her body with a thick layer of ice. It's usually only enough for small gauntlets or a similar amount: a breastplate for protection, a small shield or boots to stand her ground. The growth of the ice is instantaneous, but she can only keep it on for as long as she can withstand the cold or the pain it inflicts on her.
