Cannot re-sell for higher than you bought it from me (+ any commissioned art) you can gift, trade, etc. it is completely yours once you buy it, so you can draw it, commission art, etc. you can redesign it however you want if you re-sell, gift, trade, etc. make sure the receiver knows I designed it. you can pay in portions over time if you cannot afford it right away but must completely pay for an adopt over 2 months. (only available for adopts over 500Points) if you cannot pay right away I can put it on hold, but you do not have any rights to it until you make some payment we agree upon. I will never forcefully take a design back; if I truly want it back I will ask and refund you. in toyhou.se, please tag me as the designer. my toyhou.se is toycandy. if you really want to re-sell the adopt, but have heavily re-designed it, if I agree then you CAN sell it for higher than originally bought. My designs can be used commercially
