General Rules: 1)Do NOT sell for more than you've purchased if they were not used/come with no extra art (Aimed at adopts/customs). -If you received a character as a gift, even if it comes with art, it holds a $0 value. Please respect that and do not attempt to sell it for higher than it's worth. Regifting/trading is totally fine in this case. Otherwise, you may only sell it if art was added. -If you've purchased extra art though, this is no issue with me! 2)Please don't claim the design as your own under any circumstances. I'd appreciate to be credited to this account, DeviantArt, or Instagram upon first use offsite. 3)DO NOT EDIT ANY ART THE DESIGN CAME WITH! While I am totally fine with you changing a design, swapping species, adding things, and etc...please leave the original images alone. Even if it was a sketch adopt/design. I do not allow tracing/altering of my artwork nor do I imagine any other artists do if it comes with art from others. Please respect each artists' ToS. 4) UNLESS AGREED UPON BEFORE HAND...my designs are not to be used for commercial use. 5) Blacklisted/Blocked users MAY NOT adopt from me directly. While I can't and won't ever revoke a design, as you've paid. You own it...I won't lie, it does highly make me uncomfortable. So I rather not know where you've received one of my designs from, only thing I can do is make it a little more difficult to do so.
