This Lementa thrives on the macabre and dark designs of the world.
They may have made a pact with some other type of entity to help their power grow, they never let that pendant out of their sight.
But at what cost?
Idris is obsessed with becoming powerful. Once just a common Ingnarin Lementa, he adopted cult like practices and used his magen to conjure something that typical human sacrificial rituals often failed to make happen. He was able to summon a powerful entity, who granted him a pendant able to hold more magen than his Lementa body currently could. However this was not without consequences. Idris has to pay tribute to this entity in the same way he was summoned every 3rd full moon or else he will dissipate and cease to be, the same will happen if the pendant is ever broken or lost. Idris finds this to be a fair trade off for this deep power source. Over time his insides have become tainted and blackened, corruption from the pendant that is now leaking on his skin as well. The runes on his legs appeared after he received the pendant as a symbol of the signed contract. They start to glow less as the next ritual comes near as a sign his contract needs to be renewed.
Part of this ritual is to take fresh animal parts and make bone hexes and hang them from trees. Humans have come across them before and see them as a bad omen and a warning to get out of the area. Some see them as a symbol of an area with dark energy they can use for their own purposes. [Their own rituals, summonings, etc] Sometimes Idris chooses to mess with the humans who wander here and do things like set the hex on fire in front of them, or make their bonfires roar out of control. This is nothing but a fun game to him, like some humans are known to poke and prod unfortunate animals.
