gunther is a bombastic, eccentric elephant that comes to your town every 1st of march to open up a circus, where you come to see him preform, although most villagers will find him odd and a little too much. If you talk to him after the show he'll send you a letter and a gift the following day.
His catchphrase is "hippity hoppity" and has a slurred speech pattern (he's a reference to the pink elephants in dumbo)
