Plant manipulation - Noel functions like a conduit for nature. He can cause rapid growth of surrounding plants, to the point of almost controlling their movements, though what sprouts and grows depends on his emotional state as well as the emotions surrounding him.

Profile
Summary
Noel used to be a patrolman for the Capital's inner base, but has since gone AWOL. While he can use surrounding plants to his advantage, he can also sprout them from the vines along his body in combat; otherwise, he's usually unarmed. His alignment manifestation is incredibly powerful, but is extremely volatile considering the fragility of his emotional stability, and he is occasionally held back by lack of hydration.
Character
Due to the nature of his alignment, Noel feels emotions at an increased intensity, and can sense when others around him have very strong feelings. He doesn't like to speak much, not because he's trying to be rude but because he's almost always socially exhausted from feeling too many things. When he's not overwhelmed and stuck in his own head though, he's a fairly pleasant person to talk to. He's friendly albeit quiet, and prefers to listen more than talk. When he was working in the Capital, though, he didn't speak to anyone that he didn't need to. Almost everyone that works in the Capital harbors some sort of strong emotion and he didn't want to deal with that.
Background
