Summary
Xiuying is the leader of an unnamed street gang located in the east parts of District 4. She lost her left arm and right eye during a street scuffle gone wrong while she was a teenager, though now that gems have been implanted in her eye socket and arm stump, she can grow out structures from those places at will. The nature of her alignment makes her a very versatile fighter, as well as a good healer.
