Meiling is part of an unnamed street gang located around the east parts of District 4. She dual wields a pair of machetes. Her alignment ability is versatile; she can use it to sling fire from her hands/weapons, or form a flaming shield over her arms hot enough to melt bullets. Out of all the members in her gang she's probably the most well suited to combat, just due to the nature of her alignment.
