Yukio Kurosawa

Yukio is a former member of the EFG, having since graduated from high school. He's working an office job now, keeping track of stocks and other shit that he would really rather not be touching with a 10ft pole. On Friday nights, he likes to drink and unwind, and only watches himself carefully if he's drinking in public. If he's at home you know he's fucking wasted on the floor within seconds crying about work stress.

He became an In-Birth in his second year, when he stayed late in school rushing work, and was attacked by a Void on his way home. An EFG member (unnamed right now?) rescued him; he half joined the EFG out of gratitude, half out of curiosity as he really wanted to learn more about the strange phenomenon that was the Hollow Night. While the EFG tended to be more strict about the usage of EXS powers, Yukio didn't really mind because it wasn't like he was going to run around the Hollow Night swinging anyway, he just wanted to learn more, which he did accomplish while in the EFG. In his third year he was very protective over the newly awoken In-Births, and even after graduating, he still vaguely monitors them out of concern.

Yukio never leaves the house without his motorcycle jacket, he's very attached to it. Besides, he bikes to work, so it makes sense. His outfit is just his work outfit but unbuttoned and with his pants rolled up so he isn't choking to death, with that jacket slung over his shoulders. He kind of looks like a massive loser, if you ask his juniors. Shitty uncool big brother. that's him.

Yukio is a naturally friendly man, who tends to worry a lot about anything and everything under the sun. A lot of this concern was directed towards his juniors and the newly awoken In-Births in EFG, and even after he's graduated those that remember him remember him as a naggy older brother figure. It's hard for him to let loose completely, especially since his job requires him to have a very professional disposition. In this same line of thought he doesn't open up to others in depth very easily either, and will often stay completely silent about himself while he worries constantly about others. He likes to get drunk because it's the one time he can completely let whatever he wants to say out of his mouth, though he will be horribly embarrassed if anyone brings it up to him while he's sober.

From learning how to utilize his powers with the EFG, his weapons are completely specialized to his EXS ability, Polaris, that lets him repel and attract magnetic objects in an aura around him. Yukio wields a strange shield with magnets implanted in it, and wears two gloves with magnets attached to the backs of them. This allows him to fight close combat, while using his magnetic aura to swing the shield around like a blunt weapon or even throw it like a boomerang. He doesn't really like fighting, but he doesn't mind it that much either.
