Sakura was born in Zenovia at St. Sierra's Hospital, the top medical facility in Etharia, spending her early weeks of life in the NICU wing. Born premature and with low birth weight, Sakura had quite a rough start, consistently under the care and attention of the NICU nurses who were entrusted with her care. After a month of tests, tender love, and care, Sakura was finally discharged and cleared to finally go home and meet the rest of her family. She spent her early childhood being quite coddled, the fear of losing their baby girl so early taking quite a toll on her parents. Sakura never seemed to mind though, basking in the glow of "youngest sibling glory", much to her older siblings' dismay and irritation. Sakura grew up one of the smarter kids in her class, always wanting to share facts and cool tips on plant care and the stars. Her love for plants and the stars was something that began early in kindergarten, spending most of her free time sitting on the swings reading the books she borrowed earlier that day from the library.

Through her middle school and high school years, Sakura tried to be as active in her school's greenhouse as much as she could, learning the ins and outs of plant care, and falling in love with the succulent variety her greenhouse always carried on hand. She graduated top 20 of her class, moving on to pursue an Environmental Studies Major. Though even after graduating and receiving her bachelor's she still desired nothing more than to go into astrology. She spent most of those college days browsing through astrology forums and making friends, so by the time she had graduated she had become fairly close with much of those communities, and was invited by her close friend, Nova to work under her at Balckburn Ridge. At present, that is where Sakura lives and spends her time, studying the stars and discovering new things each day while still making sure her room there is filled with her beloved succulents.
