Sunbeam Fizz runs a soda shop that uses fun imported weather-inspired flavors from Cloudsdale. She wants to adopt a kid, so she moved to Ponyville because there are so many different types of ponies there and she wants whatever kid she adopts to grow up around earth ponies, unicorns, and pegasi rather than just one.
Design notes: Straight bangs, small wings, big ears, and a rounded snout.
