Chiisai Mochizuki

SYNOPSIS.

Chiisai is best known as a young boy who helps operate his family’s gothic puppet theatre that has been around for generations and is beloved by the people in his small town. However, aside from the times you see him peeking out from behind the curtain or greeting guests before the show, not much of Chiisai is actually seen by the public… at least compared to the puppets he operates. Those who do manage to catch a glimpse of the boy describe him as either extremely eccentric or doll-like; even though Chiisai is indeed a real boy, despite what he himself thinks.

PERSONALITY.

Chiisai Mochizuki can be best described as a quiet, polite, and hard working kid, one who is determined to not let people down no matter what, and takes most things in stride. He himself, not his work/puppetry, would be a rather bland, unordinary, and quiet child; if it wasn’t for his rather… “old fashioned” way of speaking, general strange listlessness, and surprising maturity for his age. An example of this is his ability to keep secrets rather well, never really telling people things unless asked and not speaking up, even if the information is quite important. Oh, but don’t get him wrong! It’s not like he’s shy, or anything. It’s just, nobody really cares about what he himself says anyways, so why bother?
