Raised by parents with high expectations, Mizuki had trouble meeting them from the beginning. Lacking the functional attention span needed for school, his parents placed more and more restrictions on him, breeding nothing but resentment. Everything changed for Mizuki when he went to high school. He met a classmate named Takumi, and the two of them became inseperable. The both of them were troublemakers, and while they started out with innocent graffiti, their shenanigans quickly escalated, to damaging property and actively striking out against authority.

After a year, they'd formed a gang together. It was freedom like Mizuki had never tasted, until they made the mistake of vandalizing a politician's car. Mizuki truly loved Takumi, so much that when they were arrested, Mizuki managed to convince the police that everything was his idea, letting him off the hook. He was expelled from his school and forced to move to another prefecture, with his parents angrier than they'd ever been.

He told Takumi his feelings before he left, but was rejected, and walked away with a somewhat bitter smile. Since, he's been reclusive and depressed. He's trying so hard to finally become a good son, but on the inside he's itching for something dangerous.

In battles he uses a beautiful black iron halberd. He fights right in the enemy's face, using magic to protect himself and dampen the pain. His magic looks like scattering geometric patterns.
